40-year veteran photographer, Bill Fortney, to address students at LU on 3/22

February 23, 2011

Bill Fortney has done it all when it comes to a career in photography: from a newspaper photojournalist to official team photographer for the Washington Redskins, from leading photo workshops in some of the world’s most beautiful places to publishing three best-selling books on photography. Mr. Fortney will be with us here at Liberty University on Tuesday, March 22nd. Fortney will be addressing some of my photography classes throughout the day. Mr. Fortney will also be sharing some of his work with the general public at 7pm in DeMoss room 3397. I want to encourage as many to attend this event as possible. You won’t be disappointed. Bill’s photography and life stories are truly inspirational! You can see more of his work at his website here. Also, visit his daily photo blog here
